Meeting called to order. Present: Linda S. Berker, Peggy Johnson and Mike Delling. Members not present: Jack Minore and Julie Jacot

I. NEW BUSINESS:

A. The development of a document containing contact members and contact guideline information for environmental groups use in reporting suspected pollution events.

i. The committee decided to focus on soil erosion and sedimentation control with a goal of completing the soil erosion section of the document by January 2006.

ii. Linda S. Berker is contacting the Department of Agriculture regarding the issue of farm runoff and farm sediment control

iii. Mike Delling is contacting the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control agencies in Genesee and Lapeer County.

iv. Peggy Johnson is dealing with the wetlands issue as well as completing a survey of the Corps of Engineers and Flint River Watershed studies so that the committee will not reinvent the wheel.
