FRWC Personnel Committee Minutes February 10th, 2005 3:00pm

Objectives set for the executive director to meet in 2005. These goals to not have to be carried out by the ED, but the ED is responsible for making sure these goals are accomplished.

Programmatic Goals:

• Ensure 3 newsletters get published in 2005
• Serve as a mentor for Genesee GREEN
• Reveiw Genesee GREEN Budget and develop a report
• Recruit a sponsor for Genesee GREEN
• Activate monitoring committee to review monitoring data and develop a plan for distributing the data
• Develop a River Cleanup Handbook so anyone can take it over

Finance & Membership Goals:

• Increase membership by 15 members
• Sustain current membership

Personnel and Volunteer Management Goals:

• Conduct review and appraisal of Office Manager
