From Flint: I-75/US-23 south, take US-23 cutoff south (toward Ann Arbor!) to Thompson Rd., at exit # 84. Turn east (left from the exit ramp) on Thompson Rd., and follow to stream, east of Fenton Rd. approximately ½ mile.
Stream flows north, so work 300 ft. stretch from south side of road, which is the upstream side of the road
