Detailed Directions
From Flint: I-69 east to M-24. Take M-24 into Lapeer (north) and turn west (left) on Genesee Road (is same road as Imlay City Road which goes to the right (east) at the same intersection). Follow to Lake Drive and turn south (left) on Lake Drive (Mott Community College extension campus). Follow all the way to end (past UM-Flint and DCB extensions). Follow curve to left into field area and park next to pedestrian underpass next to train tracks. Walk under train tracks to other side, stream will be visible on left side, and a detention pond on the right. Follow sidewalk to bridge over stream. Cross road to enter stream upstream of bridge, on west side of stream. Rocks and gravel are present there and will stabilize entry point. Avoid wet area on east side, is wildlife nesting area.

Note: Do not drive over curb to park right next to stream.
